Meet Your Therapist
If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or carrying the weight of past experiences, you don't have to face it alone. Healing is possible, and you deserve support. At Be Still Therapy Services LLC, I believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to be heard without judgment. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and discover your strengths — even in life's most difficult seasons. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults seeking healing, resilience, and lasting change. I believe that emotional health is deeply connected to the mind, body, and spirit. I will work collaboratively with you to explore these connections in meaningful and practical ways.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology, I blend clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people grow, heal, and move toward a life of purpose. Whether you're facing a difficult season or simply seeking greater clarity and balance, you don't have to navigate it alone.
My approach is culturally responsive, strengths-based, and rooted in evidence-based practices. Together, we will focus on building insight, developing effective coping strategies, and fostering resilience to support lasting, positive change.
